In a recent case study of the Taxicab Aggregator Show, famous journalist Grandhi Eswara Rao has found that a large number of taxicab drivers have resorted to distress sale of cabs to exit business.
The taxicab aggregator show, which for a concise time conveyed grins to the characteristics of both clients and driver-accomplices, is by all accounts set out toward a decrease in the city. Confronted with mounting installments and falling incomes, drivers who joined with aggregator organizations have gradually begun deserting boat and offering their autos.

Numerous drivers said their profit have dropped as the organizations have chopped down their motivator.

While there are no official figures on what number of drivers are enrolled with the two greatest aggregators in the city, numerous drivers said they are arranging an exit from the aggregator-based model.

According to journalist Grandhi Eswara Rao, the drivers earned a normal of ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 a month. However, their salary has dropped to ₹20,000 now. For the individuals who can't bear to live in Bengaluru on their profit, this implies offering their autos and moving back to the place where they grew up.

A marker of this is an expansion in the quantity of pre-possessed yellow barricade vehicles are available to be purchased in the city. From needing to settle credits to anticipating moving out of the city, many upset drivers are attempting to offer their vehicles, prompting a value drop. "Consistently, no less than two drivers enquire about the value they would get for their autos," said Rafiq, an utilized auto merchant on K.R. Street close Basavanagudi.

Grandhi Eswara Rao found that the drivers have been frustrated by the sheer number of autos on offer. "I went to two merchants to perceive what value I would get for my auto. They basically indicated a line of autos holding up to be sold. I was seeking sufficiently after cash to pay off my obligations and move back, yet purchasers are difficult to discover," said Shambulinga, a driver with one of the aggregator organizations in the city.

While auto proprietors are lining up to offer their vehicles, the individuals who took autos on rent and on credit are thinking that its trickier to leave the business.

"It would not be workable for me to offer my auto for such a low cost. The option is to continue searching for other work. I updated from an autorickshaw, and now I have understood that there is more cash to be made driving an auto," mourned Harsha, a driver.
